RISE Functional Fitness takes a trauma sensitive, body neutral approach to personal training and strives to create an environment where anyone can learn, build confidence, strength, and feel empowered. Our studio is based in Thunder Bay Ontario, RISE offers personalized training, remote coaching, and small group training. Meet coach Gillian and Trainer Shannon!
