RISE BASICS: BEGINNER WORKOUT PLAN

A 3 week beginner strength training program designed for someone that’s new to the gym. This plan includes 9 workouts plus a bonus endurance workout. These are designed to be done 3 days/week for approximately 1 hour/day, but of course, you can go at your own pace.
